Distribution: Northern, tropical regions of Australia
Housing: Large aquariums 6 foot and over.
Water:Keep PH above 7, can keep in fresh or salt water. Warm water only 20-32 degrees.
Diet: Carnivorous, will eat live or frozen foods,carnivorous based pellets and dry feeds.
Comments:Salmon tail catfish have a friendly temperament but will eat any fish that fits in their mouth! Take care when handling as they have sharp spines that can be toxic.
