Aquabiome systems are engineered specifically for ponds, natural pools and water gardens. By providing mechanical and biological filtration in a single housing, these systems are able to support extremely dense populations of nitrifying bacteria on filter media. Change of Mind

Conditions for change of mind.

Must be unopened, unused, and in saleable condition.
Must be within 14 days of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all refunds for change of mind.

Item Received Damaged

If you receive a product that is broken in transit, we must be contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your order. Please fill in the below form with the reason for return as "Damaged in Transit." We will then contact you with further instructions.

Faulty within Manufacturer Warranty
