The Blagdon Pro UV Clarifier 32,400 36W is a high-output UV clarifier designed to control green water algae and improve pond clarity. Its 36 W UVC lamp destroys suspended algae as water passes through the chamber, allowing the resulting particles to be removed by the pond filter. It is a practical chemical-free solution for larger pond filtration systems.

Blagdon Pro UV Clarifier 32,400 36W

The Blagdon Pro UV Clarifier 32,400 36W is a powerful ultraviolet pond clarifier designed to provide effective long-term control of the single-celled algae responsible for green pond water.

Pond water is circulated through the UV chamber, where the 36 W high-output UVC lamp exposes suspended algae to ultraviolet light. This damages the algae cells and causes them to bind together into larger particles, allowing them to be captured more effectively by the pond’s mechanical filtration system.

The Pro UV provides a chemical-free solution for improving pond clarity and is well suited to larger garden ponds, fish ponds and koi ponds requiring reliable green water control.
