The OASE ProfiClear Premium DF-L Gravity-Fed is a professional automatic drum filter capable of processing up to 33,000 L/h while removing suspended particles down to approximately 60 microns. With up to four DN 110 gravity inlets, two DN 150 outlets, automatic drum cleaning and a powerful 6 bar rinsing pump, it provides exceptional mechanical filtration for large and demanding pond systems. When combined with ProfiClear Moving Bed modules, it forms the foundation of a high-capacity professional filtration system for excellent long-term water quality.

OASE ProfiClear Premium DF-L Gravity-Fed

The OASE ProfiClear Premium DF-L Gravity-Fed is a professional-grade automatic drum filter designed for large koi ponds, heavily stocked fish ponds and premium ornamental water features. As part of the modular ProfiClear Premium filtration system, it provides exceptionally fine mechanical filtration while allowing the system to be expanded with biological Moving Bed and other filtration modules.

The gravity-fed configuration provides outstanding hydraulic efficiency, with a maximum flow capacity of 33,000 L/h. Up to four DN 110 inlets can be connected, making the filter particularly suitable for ponds using multiple bottom drains, skimmers or gravity-fed intake lines.

The stainless steel drum removes suspended solids down to approximately 60 microns, while an intelligent microcontroller automatically monitors the filter and activates the cleaning cycle when required. A powerful 6 bar rinsing pump cleans the drum screens automatically, significantly reducing routine maintenance.

The ProfiClear Premium DF-L Gravity-Fed can be integrated with the OASE Control system, allowing important operating information and filter settings to be conveniently monitored through the OASE app.

The system can also report faults such as transfer pump failure, helping provide additional protection and easier monitoring of professional pond installations.
