Change of Mind
Conditions for change of mind.
- Must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition.
- Must be within 14 Days of Purchase
- Return Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you do have a change of mind please fill in the below form with the reason for return as – Change of Mind.
Once your return has been approved and received you will then receive a store credit / gift voucher for the amount of the item paid. (Does not include postage costs)
Item Received Damaged
If you receive a product that is broken in transit, we must be contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your order. Please fill in the below form with reason of return as Damaged in Transit. We will then contact you with further instructions.
Faulty within Manufacturer Warranty
If your product becomes faulty within warranty period please call ( 94148040 ) or email (email@example.com) store. You will need to provide proof of purchase and return the faulty product back to us.
