How do I place an order?

Simply add any items you would like to purchase to the cart. Proceed to checkout and add any details needed. Add a payment method and place an order.

If you are unable to add an item to the cart, this will mean it is an in-store only item.

How long will it take to get my package?

We will ship items out ASAP. Shipping times depend on the size of the package, shipping locations, Public holidays and any Delays such as COVID.

Generally, most items will arrive within 7 days.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to order, you are only required to enter sufficient details to properly ship items.

How do I track my order?

For best tracking enter a valid mobile number and email address. We will then select all available notifications from the shipping company. Alternatively, contact us via phone – 94148040.

Shipping goods

We can ship items within Australia. If any items won’t be allowed to add to the cart this means they are in-store only.

Shipping live fish

We currently have no options for shipping live fish. However for quantities over 100 please contact us via phone or email and we may be able to help.

Price match

Yes, we will price match competitors to the best of our ability. We will not price match eBay / Gumtree / Facebook marketplace.
